Jana is a curious and creative People Operations leader with a proven business background who focuses on helping technology companies innovate and improve their workplace culture, employee experiences and people programs & practices. She brings an analytical bent, HR/people experience, broad business background in the tech space, an improvement mindset and (lots of!) hustle to help technology companies reinvent HR to align with their business goals.  Jana is passionate about helping tech companies thrive and make a dent in the world.
